- Convert existing business to Ownership Thinking 21st Century business model which moves employees from a sense of entitlement to a sense of empowerment .
- Survey employees and develop a baseline of core components of Ownership Thinking.
- Complete a review of the previous five years of financials (balance sheets and income statements). Create a trend analysis that identifies strengths, weaknesses and opportunities in the organization.
- Provide financial training to management employees to underscore how company finances are similar to personal finances. Provie exercises focused on real issues identified from the survey.
- Identify the organization's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as the action items to ensure successful implementation.
- Facilitate an incentive plan discussion and identify key measures for the plan (threshold, stretch goal, percentage share to incentive pool, etc.).
- Provide forecasting training (huddling) as well as develop a first-year road map to financial success.
